Do you know that Cheiro, one of the top famous astrologers🌟🌟 in
history, predicted that the Jews would return to Palestine🇯🇴 and
the country would again be called Israel.🇮🇱
How was Cheiro able to know that😲😮?
As mentioned in his memoirs, Cheiro acquired his expertise in India. As a teenager, he traveled to the Bombay port of Apollo Bunder. There, he met his Guru, an Indian Chitpavan Brahmin, who took him to his village in the valley of the Konkan region of Maharashtra. Later Cheiro was permitted by Brahmans to study an ancient book that has many studies on hands; After studying thoroughly for two years, he returned to London and started his career as a palmist.
Most importantly, Cheiro during his stay in Luxor, Egypt was rewarded for his efforts in curing people infected by Malaria with a special gift, a hand given by an old man from Luxor, a real human mummy’s hand.
“I relate a strange but true story of a mummy’s hand that after thousands of years showed remarkable signs of coming back to life…” Cheiro mentioned in his Real Life Stories 1934.
Cheiro had spent eighteen months working in the kings’ tombs with Professor Von Heller, making wax impressions of the hieroglyphs on the walls. During that time the men were looked after by an elderly Arab.
As Cheiro prepared to leave for England, the old Arab asked for
a private interview and during it gave him “something wrapped up in one of
those bandages that were found bound around the limbs of mummies…
The right hand of a mummy is in a magnificent state of preservation. I stared back
in astonishment – it was a long beautifully shaped hand, evidently of a woman.
The nails were perfect in shape even the gold leaf that ancient Egyptians used
instead of the red paint that ladies employ today was as good as when it had
first been put on.”
The hand had been served from the wrist and mummified by some strange process which made it seem as though it was carved from a piece of hard, dark, wood. And on the first finger shown an ancient gold ring inscribed with hieroglyphic. The old Arab explained that the hand belonged to the seventh daughter of heretic pharaoh Atennaten. Princess Makitaten had remained faithful to her father’s creed when her brother-in-law Tut Ank Amen had restored the old Gods.
The princess had raised an army and attacked the new monarch, dying in the battle. Vengeful priests had hacked off her sword arm and mummified the hand to put it on display as a warning to others.
The hand had been passed down through Arab’s family with its legend, and now it was being given to Cheiro, for he was the chosen who would care for it.
“the curse that was placed on that hand has not yet been fulfilled. Listen carefully for you are the one selected to carry out its purpose.” As Cheiro listened, the old man told him that his return to England would not herald a happy, settled period of his life as he had planned. There would be no home and no rest; he would find that his wealth was forfeited and to survive he would have to turn to the teachings of occult studies. It was to be his fate to take the most despised of these sciences - palmistry – and make it universally respected. Because of his new profession, he would meet royalty and important world figures, and become famous.

In Cheiro’s own autobiographical book, Cheiro's Memoirs: The Reminiscences of a Society Palmist, he included accounts of his interviews with King Edward VII, William Gladstone, Charles Stewart Parnell, Henry Morton Stanley, Sarah Bernhardt, Oscar Wilde, Professor Max Muller, Blanche Roosevelt, the Comte de Paris, Joseph Chamberlain, Lord Russell of Killowen, Robert Ingersoll, Ella Wheeler Wilcox, Lillie Langtry, W. T. Stead, Richard Croker, Natalia Janotha, and other prominent people of his era.
The book Titanic's Last Secrets📗⛴🚢 includes a detailed account of one of Cheiro's palm readings with William Pirrie, chairman of Harland and Wolf, builders of the Titanic. Cheiro predicted that he would soon be in a fight for his life, talking about the battle surrounding the Titanic sinking.
